2012 ANNUAL REPORT
For their 2012 Annual Report, Alberta Central needed a piece that could help educate their customers about the basics of what makes a credit union.
The project had to be both an annual report for Alberta Central and a communication piece that other credit unions could use as a tool.
Our strategy was to create two pieces that worked together and separately. We used straightforward language and visuals to convey what a credit union is.
Rather than a wasteful dust jacket to hold the two books together, a simple sleeve was designed that held the back cover of the credit union booklet with the front cover of the annual report. This allowed them to be read as one, but also made it possible to overrun the booklet.
